UniSport’s Well-being Sessions in spring 2025

In spring 2025, UniSport will organise short Well-being Sessions, with University staff and students being offered varied themes and concrete tips on how to increase well-being. Mark the Well-being Sessions in your calendar and take 15 minutes of your morning for your well-being!

The themes of the Well-being Sessions include how physical activity improves the well-being of the neck, shoulders and back as well as improves alertness. Each session contains an information package with background materials in Finnish and in English as well as practical exercises that you can do without sportswear. The events are organised remotely via Zoom before the start of the work day.
