How do courses differ from group exercise classes?
Courses have a pre-determined length, and the instruction is always progressive. The course sessions are held once a week, always at the same time and in the same place. The group of participants will remain the same throughout the course. Courses are not included in the Training Card. A separate fee is charged for course participation according to your customer group.
Group exercise classes are weekly classes included in the Training Card and 10-session Punch Cards. You can participate in the classes at any time during the season. You do not need previous experience of the class or sport unless otherwise stated in the class description. The contents of the class may change every time, and instruction is not progressive as in courses.

Using our Services

My account has a reactivation fee. What does it mean?
If you do not use a service you have booked (group exercise class or ball sport session) and do not cancel the booking within the cancellation period, we will charge a reactivation fee. Your card will also be deactivated until the reactivation fee has been paid. The fee is €5. Your account will be reactivated after you pay the fee.
You can avoid the reactivation fee by cancelling unnecessary bookings or using the service you have booked.
Why can’t I arrive late to a class?
We close the doors to the group training space when the class begins. Once the class has started, you will no longer be able to participate in the class. When a person arrives late, they disrupt the class and the concentration of other participants and the instructor.
In some classes, we use equipment that is collected at the beginning of the class. After the class has already begun, it is also dangerous to move the equipment around other participants. In classes such as yoga, calming down and relaxing at the beginning of the class is an important part of the class.
We hope that you will respect both the instructor's work and the other participants by arriving in time for the class.
How many group exercise classes can I book in advance?
As Training Card customer you can have seven (7) group exercise classes booked at a time. As 10-visit Card customer you can have active reservations as many as you have remaining visits on the card. Single visit entitles you to make one reservation. You can find more information about the booking and cancellation times in our Terms of Service. Please read it as well.
How much earlier should the booking be cancelled?
Different cancellation times apply to our different services.
- You can cancel your booking for a Training Card, 10-session Punch Card or Single visit service (group exercise and ball game sessions) free of charge up to two (2) hours before the start of the service.
- You can cancel your massage, badminton, court and field reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the service begins.
- You can cancel a course reservation free of charge up to seven (7) days before the course begins.
You can find more information about the booking and cancellation times in our Terms of Service. Please read it as well.
How does the waiting list for group exercise classes work?
If the class is full, you can join a waiting list. Follow your email or the booking system to see if you receive a spot in the class. You can reserve a spot on the waiting list up to two (2) hours before the beginning of the class. After this, no bookings can be made to the classes.
The waiting list reservation is subject to the same cancellation terms as an actual booking. If you do not intend to attend the class, remember to cancel your reservation two (2) hours before the class begins at the latest. If you did not receive a spot in the class, you do not need to cancel the waiting list reservation, and we will not charge a reactivation fee.
