The exercises done in the class strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor as well as the deep back and stomach muscles. All the exercises done on the course are suitable for practising while pregnant. On the course you will also get tips for practising pilates after the pregnancy. The course will help you to maintain a good posture during the pregnancy and while breastfeeding. You can take part in the course at any stage during your pregnancy. How can I participate?
You can practice pilates through both the weekly group exercise classes and the courses mentioned above. For pilates classes and courses you should bring along stretchy, close-fitting clothes. We will be exercising without shoes. You can bring a drinking bottle if desired.
