Easy Training: classes
The Easy Training class is a basic fitness class suitable for everyone. It lifts your heart rate moderately and develops your muscle strength. The class has an easy and fun step pattern section with no jumps. The muscle strength section involves diversely exercising different muscle groups, making use of different tools and your own bodyweight. The class ends with relaxing stretches.

How can I participate?
You can participate by joining the weekly Easy Training classes. Bring along stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, and a drinking bottle.
