Use of the facilities
You can use the sports centre with a UniSport training card, a 10-session card or a single visit from the online shop. You can pay for, book and cancel services online and at any UniSport customer service point. You can purchase a free trial visit in the online shop with the promotional code "freevisit". As a new training card or 10-session card customer, be sure to pick up your sports card at the customer service desk before your first visit.
When the customer service desk is closed, you can enter through the front door with your sports card or a one-time pin code. You can pick your sports card from the customer service desk during opening hours and the pin code can be found on the receipt of the service you have paid for (single visits and trial visit, badminton, massage). You can access the changing rooms with your sports card or pin code. Remember to bring your own lock for the locker. Leave the sports centre by closing time.
Gym
You can access the gym via the access gate with your sports card or pin code. You can use the gym with a UniSport training card or a 10-session card You can also buy a single visit to the gym from the UniSport online shop. You do not need to sign in to the gym separately with the access control device in the lobby.
Group exercise
Use the access control device in the lobby to sign in for the classes.
Ball games
Sign in at the access control in the lobby. Please note that there is no equipment rental during the self-service hours.

Customer service is available part of the day on site at the sports centre. Please check the sports centre's website for opening hours. You can also contact the customer service on +358 272 0701, by e-mail unisport.asiakaspalvelu@helsinki.fi or via the website chat.
