3 The purpose of processing personal data
The data is processed to provide personal training services. A personal trainer provides personal coaching and uses the data to make a suitable or appropriate training programme for customers. The processing of personal data makes it possible to create the right kind of programme in which possible risk factors, limitations and personal wishes can be taken into account.
The data may also be used for marketing purposes in order to communicate similar services.
We also use the data for statistical purposes (e.g. the number of packages sold, without personal data).
4 The legal basis for processing personal data
The data will be processed to implement the agreement with the data subject. With regard to marketing, the grounds for processing are a legitimate interest.
NOTE! If the customer provides personal health information, the customer expressly consents to the processing of the information in order to provide the service.
5 What personal data do we process?
Depending on the customer, the following information can be processed in connection with the provision of personal trainer services: workout history, exercise habits, diet, risk factors or other matters to be taken into account for physical activity (e.g., disability, pregnancy), information from initial assessments, information related to body composition, customer objectives and wishes, training programmes, nutritional advice.
The PTStudio will record the customer's name and training programme (e.g., bicep curl with twist x times, etc.).
6 Regular sources of data
The data is collected from the customers themselves.
7 Regular disclosures of data
Data are not disclosed outside Unisport. Personal information (such as background information and personal programs) is only handled by the personal trainer who serves you.
With regard to the creation of training programmes, we use the PTStudio service, which is provided by Mio Innovations Oy.
8 How long will we process your personal data?
The data will be processed as long as it is necessary for the provision of the service.
9 Transmission of data outside the EU or EEA
For PTStudio (registering the customer's name, e-mail and training programme), the service provider uses subcontractors located outside of the EU (United States). The data is transmitted using standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission.
