Terms of delivery of the online store

UniSport University of Helsinki 0313471-7 (hereafter "online store") sells products and service products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. Product prices include value-added tax.

Purchasing

Products to be purchased are selected on the home page by adding them to the shopping cart. The purchase is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online shop's cash register function. When you make a purchase, you agree to these terms of delivery and product prices. A confirmation of the purchase will be sent by email. The confirmation shows the products purchased and the price.

Payment

Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4) acts as the payment intermediary for the online shop. Visma Pay is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Visma Pay's online service with Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy being shown as the payee on the bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, as all information on the payment transaction is transmitted via an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the information on the payment transaction.
The deal is concluded between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for obligations related to the deal..

Payment methods

Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or by instalments. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankki banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Mash.

Sports and well-being benefits

In the online shop, you can pay by using Epassi's exercise and well-being benefits and Smartum Pay's exercise benefit. Payments are made online in accordance with the instructions provided by the online shop.

Mobile Pay

You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed payment in online stores from the app's settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card attached to the wallet. If charging the payment to the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Jousto invoice and Instalment payment

Jousto invoice and instalment is a Finnish service which allows you to make purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have managed their finances impeccably. Jousto gives you 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving an invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. Purchasing products by instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up 36 instalments, starting at €9.90/month. The costs of Jousto instalment is EUR 3.90 per month with a credit interest of 19.90 %. You can use Juosto to pay for purchases of between EUR 30 and 3,000. The lender is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.
