Terms and Conditions of Nutrition Coaching Service
- The client an the nutrition coach will plan the contents of the service during the service. The client should be able to reflect on and work on their lifestyle and relationship with food.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that their state of health is good enough to participate in the coaching. Please note that nutrition coaching does not include nutritional care of illnesses.
- In the event of an obstacle, the client must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the appointment will be deemed to have been used. To avoid paying for a missed appointmennt you must provide valid proof (e.g., a medical certificate) on why you were unable to arrive to the appointment. You can cancel the appointment by contacting the nutrition coach directly.
- If the nutrition coach cannot attend the appointment, they must notify the client of the cancellation no later than the morning of the agreed upon coaching session.
- If the client arrives late, the rest of the appointment will be used according to the booked service. Any lost time will not be reimbursed.
- The appointment of a 3- time package must be used within nine (9) months and he appointments of a 1 -time package within three (3) months of the date of purchase (unless the client falls ill, in which case they must provide a medical certificate.
