Acrobatics Dance: courses
Basic acrobatics lies at the heart of this course. The acrobatic elements practiced during the course include a number of quite demanding tricks, such as hand stands. Important dance elements, such as floor work and transitions from floor to standing are also practiced. Dance acrobatics develops coordination, balance and body control, improves muscle tone and builds up courage and confidence.
Bring along stretchy gym clothes, indoor gym shoes, a sweat towel and a drinking bottle. Be prepared to train bare foot.
