Core Training: classes
All exercise requires good core strength. Through the 30-minute Core Training class, you can strengthen your whole core in multiple ways through instruction provided by a professional instructor.

The Core Training is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced.
How can I participate?
You can participate in Core Training through the weekly group exercise classes. Bring stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, a sweat towel and a drinking bottle.
