Indoor cycling is a fun and efficient way of working out to the rhythm of music. It improves leg muscle strength as well as stamina. In indoor cycling, you are in control of the intensity of your workout by choosing the most suitable resistance for you with the help of the instructor.

UniSport offers four different weekly classes of indoor cycling: Spin Easy, Spin Endurance, Spin Intensive and Spin Heavy. The color codes depict the level of strenuousness of each class.
