Defy gravity by trying out the UniSport AcroYoga course! AcroYoga is a form of pair acrobatics which combines elements of yoga and body maintenance.

The UniSport AcroYoga course combines yoga, pair acrobatics and body maintenance. The AcroYoga exercises are normally carried out in groups of three or four, so that they are both fun and safe. The AcroYoga course develops your reactions to the movements of another person and improves your abilities to trust and stay present.

Who is it for?

You can participate in the course even if you do not have any prior experience of acrobatics, body maintenance or yoga. You can come on your own or with a friend.
