HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an intense workout in which a thorough warm-up is followed by alternating short, intensive interval sections and recovery periods. The heart rate is kept high and the class makes use of easy but intensive moves such as jumps and sprints.
Who is it for?
The class is best suitable for all that already exercise fairly regularly and are looking for a maximal workout.
How can I participate?
You can participate in HIIT through the weekly group exercise classes. Bring stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, a sweat towel and a drinking bottle.
