This is a class to develop your higher level of general endurance so you can get out of breath without getting exhausted. The class lays a solid foundation for more strenuous exercises. It is a varied but moderate workout. The class does not include strenuous rises or spurts. Endurance Spin is suitable for both beginners as well as exercise enthusiasts looking to break a sweat, or as a cornerstone for the basic training period of athletes.

How can I participate?

You can do indoor cycling in the weekly group exercise classes in Kluuvi and Meilahti.

You will need to bring with you stretchy sports clothes, cycling shoes or other hard sole gym shoes, and a drinking bottle. A sweat towel is obligatory.
