Zumba® is fun and effective dance work out which combines several styles, such as merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, Bollywood, salsa and hip hop. This class consists of energizing moves and rhythms, which will make you sweat! You do not need prior dance experience to join the Zumba class – the main goal is to move and have fun!
Who is it for?
This class is for everyone interested in dance, regardless of prior experience. Classes may include short, choreographed segments.
How can I participate?
You can find the Zumba class in our weekly group training classes. Bring along stretchy sports clothes, indoor training shoes and a water bottle.
