The Movement course involves learning movements that are based on body balance exercises and which develop mobility, dexterity, strength and balance in diverse ways. On the course, you will get to explore your own body and different possible ways of moving around. The body was made for movement, and on this course you will move your body in as wide a variety of ways as possible.
Who is it for?
The Movement course is suitable for those that are interested in bodyweight exercises. The classes offer alternatives for different levels, but participants are expected to have a fairly good level of basic fitness. The classes involve some handstand-like exercises, so participation is not recommended for those with wrist problems.
How can I participate?
You can participate by taking the UniSport Movement course. Bring stretchy sports clothes and a drinking bottle.
