Floor Gymnastics: courses

Would you like to have a go at doing handstands or learn to do cartwheels? Learn new skills and enjoy your success on a UniSport Floor Gymnastics course!

Floor Gymnastics involves learning familiar gymnastics exercises such as, such as somersaults, cartwheels and handstands. Every course session involves a warm-up, practice of movement skills, and practice of strength and mobility exercises. The course progresses according to the level of the participants, and involves a lot of working in pairs.

Who is it for?

The Floor Gymnastics beginners' course is suitable for beginners. If you dare to try a somersault, that is already enough!

The Floor Gymnastics advanced course is intended for those that have completed the basics course or who have practised floor acrobatics before. You should have a good command of the basic skills, such as somersaults, cartwheels, and round-offs, and also have some experience with handstands.

How can I participate?

You can participate through the basic and advanced UniSport Floor Gymnastics courses. For the courses you will need stretchy sports clothes and a drinking bottle. We will be exercising without shoes.

Please be aware that UniSport does not provide insurance for course participants.
