My story has a Personal Trainer begins at the point when, after nearly 10 years of working in the restaurant sector, I decided in January 2017 to start studying sports and exercise and trained as a Personal Trainer with Trainer4U. Now I work as a Personal Trainer at UniSport.
My own hobbies include mobility training at the gym, cycling and Crossfit. Having myself gone through a big lifestyle change and having been inspired by this process, I’m currently taking further training to become a lifestyle coach.
My goal is to help each of my customers to find their own style of movement and exercise, to help them to get real enjoyment from the exercise, and to work together to make it a part of their everyday life. Exercise does not need to feel like a necessary evil – instead, I encourage my customers to aim above all for a good overall feeling and well-being. In all that we do together, safety and good technique comes first.
Training for during and after pregnancy are also familiar topics for me. If your goal is to firm up, lose weight, or receive lifestyle coaching, or if you’re just starting out with gym training, I may just be the Personal Training you are looking for.
